Over the last couple of months we have done some really fun birthday cakes from a Real Madrid soccer jersey that was for a small group of 20 people to a giant Aladdin’s Castle cake for a little boys first birthday. Custom cakes are no longer thought of as just for weddings but are ordered now for every occasion, especially birthdays. Of course we get orders for all birthdays but the majority are for the “mile stone” birthdays; 1, 16, 21, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60…etc Who says you have to get a traditional cake any more? You can have anything you want from WWE wrestling cake for your son to a purse or shoe cake for your best friend. Having a difficult time deciding on an idea? Then just ask your self what the birthday girl/boy likes…is it a particular movie, sport or hobby? What do they do for work? What are their favourite colours?
