What is a Mancake you ask?
Well, in an attempt to change the view that cupcakes are girly, we decided to create cupcakes that guys could appreciate.
It became our mission to create recipes using man-worthy ingredients like beer, whiskey and bacon…the Mancake was invented.
Please note that the minimum order for regular individual cupcakes is 1 dozen. Minimum quantity per cupcake flavour is 4 @ $2.50 per cupcake. If you are ordering 1 dozen and need them in less than 48 hours please call and we can provide you with our cupcake flavours of the day. (flavours on hand only – no special requests please).
Guinness Chocolate
A chocolate cupcake flavoured with Guinness beer, filled with an Irish whiskey chocolate ganache and topped with cream cheese frosting and chocolate shavings.
Maple Bacon
A maple and bacon flavoured cupcake filled with blueberries and topped with a maple frosting and bacon bits.
Rum and Coke
A Caribbean rum cake filled with a lime pulp puree and topped with coke frosting and lime zest.
Stout Spice
A moist spice cake flavoured with orange zest and Guinness topped with a stout glaze and a candied orange peel.
