So it’s spring again which means it’s time for the Bonnie Gordon School’s ‘The Cake Show’ and this year I’ve had the honour of being asked to participate in the Live Cake Design Challenge. This means my assistant, Patricia, and I have 5 hours to complete a magnificent cake taking into account the theme – A wedding at Versailles. We are up against Bonnie Gordon’s own cake designer Isabelle Loiacono. This event is open to the public and takes place this coming Sunday, April 25th 12-5pm at the Artscape Wychwood Barns on Christie just south of St Claire.
