To confirm your order we require a 50% deposit be paid when the order is placed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express when placing your order by phone. E-transfers and paypal payments may be arranged. Interac is also accepted in our bakery.

Deposits are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your event date. If your deposit was made less than 2 weeks prior to your event date, it is non-refundable.

For custom orders set for delivery, all final payments are due on the Monday preceding your event date and are non-refundable.

We will only accept changes to cake flavours and major design changes with a minimum of 1 weeks notice prior to event date.

Once an order has been either picked up or delivered in good condition, we are no longer responsible for damages done due to improper storage, transportation or otherwise.

Storage instructions

Custom cakes should be kept at room temperature for a minimum of 3-4 hours before serving and should never be stored in a walk-in or industrial refrigerator. Larger cakes may require more time to warm to room temperature before eating. Cakes are okay to remain out of the fridge, at room temperature for 12+ hours, weather dependant. Hot, humid temperatures will reduce this significantly.

If your cake is being eaten immediately following pick up/delivery please let us know and we will take your cake out of our fridge a few hours before.

Cupcakes have a short shelf life of 2-3 days and are best kept at room temperature. Do not put cupcakes in the fridge unless otherwise instructed.

Custom decorated cupcakes and branded cupcakes are best if picked up/delivered same day as the toppers may lose quality over night.

Cakes and cupcakes should never be kept in an unoccupied vehicle as a warm car can melt any frosting and decorations.
